Delete Your Account

Delete your Keepnet account

To request deletion of your Keepnet account and all logged fish data:

1. Email hello@keepnet.co from the email address linked to your Keepnet account.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Keepnet account” and tell us you would like your account and all logged fish data deleted.

We will delete your account and all logged fish data within one week of receiving your request. No logged fish data is retained after deletion.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
