Welcome, and thanks for entering the Joshua Tingey Memorial Fishing Competition 2025. We appreciate your support for our charitable foundation that benefits from this competition, and distributes to support youth ventures in the Bay of Plenty community.
Remember, this is a measure-and-release competition. That means fish entered for prizes must be released back after they have been measured.
This doesn't mean you can't take a feed of fish home. By all means, please do! We will be. We are also encouraging sustainability by releasing the larger breeding fish (and point-scoring fish) back to fight another day!
