Fishing tackle: Only commercially sold fishing tackle, be it fishing rods, reels, and lines, may be used to catch the fish. Drones may not be used during fishing activities.
Measurement: The fish catches must be measured on a measuring tape from the tip of the mouth to the point of the tail.

Qualifying catch: A video recording must be made of the fish measurement and the successful release of the fish back into the water. The measurement must be clearly visible on the measuring tape.
Catch and release: All catches must be successfully released on the video recording
