The CBS Tigerfish Invitational is an annual event, limited to 10 teams of 5 anglers per team. The competition runs from 1 September - 31 December each year, and each team books their 5-night slot within that period. Teams may only book their dates once their entry fee has been paid - first come, first serve!
Each team gets 5 nights in camp with 4 full days of fishing to catch and submit as many +20cm Tigerfish as possible.
The entry fee buys you:
- Return boat transfer between the main land and the island lodge
- 5 nights in camp - 4 Days of Fishing
- 1 x boat with 100L of fuel (Additional fuel available for purchase from our stores)
- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks
- A booze ration (Additional booze available from our stores)
- Cleaning staff, chef, bedding
Additional boat is available for rent. The camp sleeps 14 people, so each team may take additional guests with them at a small additional fee per person!
Road transfers are available from Tete - please enquire for rates!
Air charters are available to Tete - please enquire for rates! Unfortunately the runway at the lake is not in use following the heavy rains - we expect this to be sorted by 2024!
